Service Recurrence Options: Bi-weekly, Monthly & Quarterly

*Service Areas: Kitchen and Bathrooms ONLY.
**Service Type & Frequency Option: General Cleanings on a Bi-weekly or Monthly basis.
Throughout the Service Areas:
- Sweep and mop all floors (wood, vinyl, tile, and other flooring)
-Vacuum/Sweep rugs
-Clean glass doors and wall mirrors, as needed
- Spot clean doors and door frames
- Dust all surfaces including crown molding, window frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans and blinds. (Blinds requiring extensive hand wiping will be an additional $5.00 each. Faux wood blinds only.)
- Remove cobwebs within reach
- Clean & sanitize high-touched surfaces. To include door knobs & light switches.
Bathrooms:
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, bathtubs, showers and toilets
Kitchen:
- Degrease kitchen cabinets exterior, as needed
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sink, stove and refrigerator exterior
- Clean & sanitize microwave interior & exterior.
- Polish all stainless steel.

Complimentary: Changing of bed linens. Simply leave the clean linens on the desired beds. Duvet covers must be stuffed prior to service.
